Giveaway Rules

• Organizer. Synergi Solutions Oy & Amina Charging AS. Facebook and Instagram are not affiliated with the giveaway in any way.

• Entry Requirements. To enter, participants must complete the entry form, download the Synergi App OR  like the competition post on social media. Open to individuals aged 18 and above residing in Finland or Norway. Note: The prize will only be delivered to addresses in Finland or Norway. One entry per person. Please note that entry requirements will be verified upon selecting the winner.

• Winner Selection. One winner will be randomly selected from eligible entries on December 19. The winner will be notified via the email provided in the entry form and must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize. If no response is received, another winner may be selected.

• Prize. The prize is an Amina Charger, model name Amina S. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted for other items. Amina Charging will cover the taxes on the prize. Amina Charging is responsible for delivering the prize to the winner. The winner is responsible for the installation of the charging station.

• Giveaway Rules & Disqualification. By participating in the giveaway, participants agree to abide by these rules and the organizer’s decisions. The organizer reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates the rules without providing an explanation. Any ambiguities regarding the application or interpretation of the rules will be resolved by the organizer. The organizer also reserves the right to amend the giveaway rules if necessary.

• Privacy. By participating in the giveaway, you grant the organizer permission to register your name and contact details. The information provided will be used solely for purposes related to the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties. Synergi handles all submitted data in accordance with its privacy policy.
