- Organizer. Synergi Solutions Oy & Trafomic Oy (Wall-e manufacturer).
- Entry Requirements. To enter, participants must complete the entry form. Open to individuals aged 18 and above residing in Finland. One entry per person.
- Winner Selection. One winner will be randomly selected from all entries the day after the webinar ends (9.5.2025). The winner will be notified via the email provided in the entry form and must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize. If no response is received, another winner may be selected.
- Prize. The prize is a Wall-E charger. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted for other items. Trafomic Oy will cover the taxes on the prize. Trafomic Oy is responsible for delivering the prize to the winner. The winner is responsible for the installation of the charging station.
- Giveaway Rules & Disqualification. By participating in the giveaway, participants agree to abide by these rules and the organizer’s decisions. The organizer reserves the right to disqualify any entry that violates the rules without providing an explanation. Any ambiguities regarding the application or interpretation of the rules will be resolved by the organizer. The organizer also reserves the right to amend the giveaway rules if necessary.
- Privacy. By participating in the giveaway, you grant the organizer permission to register your contact details. The information provided will be used solely for purposes related to the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties. Synergi handles all submitted data in accordance with its privacy policy.
